Group Exercise Classes

SPINNING/INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES

  • Members - $5.00 Per Class or buy 10 Classes for $49.00
  • Non-Members - $10.00 Per Class or buy 10 Classes for $90.00
Spinning/Indoor Cycling (1 hour) - This indoor cycling workout is designed to challenge all levels of fitness. The class is full of power packed intervals, aggressive climbs, and drills to push you to your endurance edge! Towels (will be provided) and water are mandatory. Heart rate monitors are recommended, ask your instructor for more information.

Class Schedule - Wednesdays at 6:15pm, and Saturdays at 8:30am.


YOGA CLASSES

  • Members - No Fee
  • Non-Members - $10.00 Per Class
Yoga (1 hour) - A class that promotes flexibility and relaxation. Yoga is an ancient system of breathing practices, physical exercises and postures; meditation intended to integrate the practitioner's body, mind and spirit.

Class Schedule - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am.
Thursdays at 5:30pm and Sundays at 5pm with Tammy are $10/members and $15/non-members.


ZUMBA CLASSES

  • Members - $8 (first class is FREE!)
  • Non-Members - $10.00 Per Class
